Anne Loftus
Managing Director
Anne Loftus is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Human Resources practice, bringing more than 20 years of executive search experience focused on HR and talent leadership.
Before joining ZRG, Anne served as a Director in Leathwaite’s New York office, where she led the firm’s North America HR practice for six years. Earlier, she spent more than a dozen years with Spencer Stuart in the HR search practice, including nine years as Associate Practice Leader for North America.
Anne has executed hundreds of searches for senior HR leaders, including Chief Human Resource Officers, Chief Talent Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and Heads of Rewards across public and private companies. She partners with clients across professional and financial services, real estate, private equity, hospitality, retail, consumer, healthcare, and technology. Known for a sharp eye for capability and chemistry, Anne is passionate about optimizing talent and delivering the right cultural fit on every search.
Anne is based out of Palm Beach, FL., and ZRG’s New York office. She earned a BA in Economics from Smith College.
