Richard Draper Appointed Co-Leader of ZRG’s Global Professional and Technology Services Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, July 5, 2022 – ZRG, a fast-growing global talent advisory firm based in New Jersey, announces the addition of Richard Draper as Managing Director and co-leader of the Global Professional and Technology Services (PTS) Practice. In this role, Richard will build upon a track record of searches for the world’s most prestigious organizations. He brings more than 25 years of executive search experience in the Management Consulting and Professional Services sectors.

Richard’s career has seen him serve as a strategic talent advisor and executive search consultant across Consulting, Advisory, and Technology Services, completing assignments within the US, UK, and Europe. He has specific expertise in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cyber, Data/Analytics, Compliance, Risk Advisory, and Forensic Technology. Additionally, he has delivered talent pipelining and assessment services for the C-suite and advised on key leadership hires for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to ZRG, Richard established the Human Capital Consulting and Advisory practice at a leading search firm in the UK, delivering leadership advisory services as well as business and talent transformation. Earlier, he built a leading professional services firm with teams in New York and London, selling the award-winning organization to a global talent solutions group in 2016.
