James Macedonio Joins ZRG’s Professional & Technology Services Practice as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, August 1, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm with an impressive growth trajectory, adds James Macedonio as Managing Director. Based in Miami, he will serve the firm’s dynamic Professional & Technology Services practice group.

James brings both transformation and a blend of cloud, digital, analytics, and cybersecurity expertise to this new role, which he acquired as a Principal for Beecher Reagan and Rees Draper Wright. Notably, he served as Digital Transformation Leader for the latter.

James has partnered with large enterprise, mid-market, and startup clients alike across Consulting & Professional Services, Technology, and Financial Services, and executive leaders recognize his knack for delivering in challenging talent markets. He has completed senior-level search assignments across North America, Asia, and Europe, identifying best-in-class candidates to meet his clients’ functional and cultural needs. Further, he brings a wealth of experience in and knowledge of the joint go-to-market motions between hyper-scaler and ISV players and their services ecosystem partners, and he maintains strategic relationships with leaders on both sides of this equation.
