Gene Head Brings Education, Nonprofit, and Industrial Expertise to ZRG

Rochelle Park, NJ, August 11, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, welcomes Gene Head as Managing Director. In his 15-year search career, Gene has been an executive recruiter and consultant to senior leadership within the Education, Global Nonprofit, and Industrial industries.

In the Industrial space, Gene has engaged with large and mid-sized organizations and several national laboratories across the country, placing Presidents, VPs, and Sales Leaders. In addition, he has placed Chancellors, Presidents, Provosts, Deans, Executive Directors, and other key senior executives on behalf of public and private colleges and universities, nonprofits, and foundations.

Before joining ZRG, Gene worked as a Managing Director with Diversified Search, and prior to that, he worked within the boutique firm Wheless Partners. In each of these roles, he placed key leaders for Education, Nonprofit, and Industrial clients. Gene’s career also includes a 27-year tenure with an ad agency his father founded, which gave him firsthand experience in a family business setting and made him a master storyteller on behalf of his clients.
