Louise Hogan is a Managing Director for ZRG, serving the Australia region, and a member of the global Healthcare and Life Sciences practices. Louise brings over three decades of industry and executive search experience, having worked with business leaders to execute strategic initiatives and deliver improved patient outcomes. Further, she has extensive experience delivering board and C-suite search engagements for ASX-listed, private equity-owned growth companies; pre-revenue, venture capital-backed biotechnology organizations; and other global clients.

Previously, Louise served global search firm Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner and Head of Life Science and Healthcare Services Australia. Earlier, Louise spent four years with Heidrick & Struggles as Client Partner and a member of the Life Sciences Practice.

Prior to her executive search roles, Louise was Vice President, INC Research Asia Pacific, where she led the business development team for ten years. In this role she worked closely with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to successfully design and deliver Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials across Asia Pacific.

Louise’s early career experience includes 12 years with GSK across sales, marketing, project management, and corporate strategy roles. She was responsible for leading “Alternate Futures”, a strategic foresight initiative which offered a 15-year future view of healthcare in Australia and enabled GSK to drive sustainable growth and build strong industry and stakeholder relations.

Louise earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Australia followed by her MBA from the University of Adelaide.

In her free time, she enjoys ceramics, music, cycling and hiking.
