Wayne Forte is the owner of Entourage Talent Associates in NYC. He has spent his entire 40+ year career working with many of the industry's most well known A-list talent- from David Bowie, The Clash, Hall & Oats to Tedeschi Truck band and dozens of others. He is also a founding member of NITO and is currently the board chair.

Nelly Neben is the owner of Axis Artist Management in LA. Like Wayne, she has also spent her entire 40+ years in this industry booking and managing the careers of such artists as The Beach Boys, Earth, Wind & Fire, Rita Coolidge and Frank Zappa among many others. She also serves on NITO's board and is currently the treasurer of the organzation.
