Based in New York City, John is a seasoned executive search leader who has served venture capital- and private equity-backed businesses, mid-scale private and public companies, and the Fortune 500. He has played a pivotal role in some of the most successful CEO- and Board-led business transformations of the past two decades.

John has identified high-impact CEOs, CFOs, and Board Directors who have gone on to successfully scale their businesses. More specifically, he has placed and advised operational, financial, sales, marketing, and communications leadership across the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Industrial sectors. Before joining ZRG, he served as a senior partner and practice leader for Spencer Stuart, CTPartners, Korn Ferry, and Raines International. Earlier, he drew major awards and Pulitzer nominations for his investigative reporting for The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek.
