ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Division Adds Caroline Waddington as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, August 31, 2023 – ZRG, a global executive search and human capital consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Caroline Waddington to the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting division. As Managing Director, Caroline will identify and recruit efficient, cooperative, and adaptable talent to fulfill her clients’ interim needs and other key initiatives.

Hailing from Versailles, France, Caroline is currently based in South Florida. Before joining ZRG, she served an esteemed International Consulting company, first in Calgary before relocating to Miami in 2019. As Director, she amassed an impressive roster of clients in both countries, forging new partnerships by aligning with clients’ strategic initiatives.

Caroline’s professional journey began in external audit at Deloitte in Paris and Montreal. However, her passion for relationship building, knack for creative problem-solving, and the dynamic pace of sales prompted a change in career. She excelled at an International Executive Search company, where she quickly solidified her reputation in the field of sales and spearheaded the growth of the firm’s Finance and Accounting groups in Montreal and Calgary.

Caroline is known for her willingness to embrace innovation, take calculated risks, and relentlessly pursue improvement. Recognizing that her accomplishments owe in large part to her colleague and client relationships, she is embracing the challenge of building the Interim & Project Consulting group and further expanding her client network. Her enthusiasm is fueled by the startup nature of the role and the remarkable potential it holds for ZRG.s
