ZRG’s Industrial and Consumer Practices Expand with Addition of Katarina Dempsey

Rochelle Park, NJ, June 29, 2022 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global talent advisory firm, welcomes Katarina “Kat” Dempsey as Managing Director. She joins the Industrial and Consumer practice groups, bringing 20-plus years of experience with a focus on senior executive, general management, commercial, and operations roles. Kat has partnered successfully with private equity/venture capital-backed and family-owned clients across the Automotive, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Chemical, Consumer, Food & Beverage, and Technology sectors.

Throughout her executive search and consulting career, Kat has served both multinational and regional organizations, maintaining an emphasis on distinctive client service, positive change, and growth. Before joining ZRG, Kat led successful recruiting and team-building efforts on behalf of Boyden, Heidrick, and McKinsey & Company.

Kat maintains a strong focus on operational effectiveness and a global network of client and candidate relationships within industrial and consumer goods manufacturing companies. She is fluent in English, French, and German and has lived and worked in Düsseldorf, Germany; Paris, France; and New York City.
