ZRG’s Board Practice Expands with Addition of Nancy Konieczki
Rochelle Park, NJ and Chicago, IL (September 8, 2025)—Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Nancy Konieczki has joined their Board Services practice group, expanding the firm’s capacity to serve boards and executive leaders. Konieczki will be based in Chicago, IL.
Konieczki brings over 30 years of search experience to the firm and focuses on board governance consulting, matching executive leaders to boards that require their specific knowledge and capabilities. She joins the firm after more than 10 years at JamesDruryPartners, a boutique firm that provides an array of board advisory services focused on governance consulting and the placement of talented executives in the board room.
