ZRG Welcomes Wyman Wilson as Global Revenue Leader for Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions

Rochelle Park, NJ, and Greensboro, NC, February 19, 2025 – Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Wyman Wilson has joined the firm as Global Revenue Leader for its Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting team. In this role, Wilson will lead a team of Vice Presidents and Directors of Business Development, driving the global expansion of ZRG’s interim and consulting solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations.

Wilson brings over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management, with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Healthcare, North America at RGP, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice and delivering strategic workforce solutions.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Wilson developed his leadership, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving skills as a Non-Commissioned Officer, qualities that have shaped his approach to business growth and team leadership. He is particularly proud of leading a talented, values-driven sales team in his previous role that exceeded revenue expectations by fostering a culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, humility, grit, and grace—allowing individuals to thrive and pursue continuous improvement.
