ZRG Welcomes Vijesh Patel, Expanding Legal Officer Search Internationally
Rochelle Park, NJ and London, UK, April 24, 2025—Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced the hiring of Vijesh Patel into their Legal & Compliance Officers practice. Patel will be based in London, UK.
Patel’s hiring expands ZRG’s operations both in the Legal & Compliance Officers and the international space. He brings more than 19 years of expertise placing General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer roles. His network spans the UK, USA, EMEA, and APAC.
Prior to ZRG, Patel worked supporting clients who had newly created General Counsel roles in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Upon returning to London, he established the talent acquisition function at Lewis Silkin. Most recently, he worked to build a legal search practice with another global search firm.
