ZRG Welcomes Taylor Koolstra as Director of Business Development, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

Rochelle Park, NJ, and Chicago, IL, February 19, 2025 – Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Taylor Koolstra has joined the firm as Director of Business Development, Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting. Based in Chicago, IL, Taylor will focus on expanding client relationships and delivering interim and consulting talent solutions to healthcare and life sciences organizations.

Taylor brings seven years of experience in talent solutions, with a proven track record of business development, interim consulting, and executive search. Most recently, she spent four years at RGP, specializing in healthcare and life sciences interim and consulting solutions, where she successfully connected organizations with mission-critical talent. Prior to that, she spent three years at a boutique staffing firm in Chicago, where she specialized in permanent search and staff augmentation for technology roles ranging from staff to VP levels across multiple industries.

In 2024, Taylor achieved a major milestone by hitting her $6.5M revenue goal within the first six months of the year, showcasing her ability to drive high-impact client solutions and business growth.
