ZRG Welcomes Sarah Jason as Director of Business Development, Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting
Rochelle Park, NJ, and Cincinnati, OH, February 19, 2025 – Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Sarah Jason has joined the firm as Director of Business Development, Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting. Based in Cincinnati, OH, Sarah will focus on expanding client relationships and delivering strategic interim and consulting solutions to healthcare and life sciences organizations.
Sarah brings a strong background in healthcare consulting, business development, and interim consulting, with experience partnering with hospitals and healthcare organizations to optimize workforce strategies, drive transformation, and enhance patient care.
Most recently, she was a Senior Account Manager at RGP, where she managed strategic accounts across the healthcare sector, focusing on transformation projects, accounting and finance, change management, EMR implementations, supply chain optimization, audit, revenue cycle, and Medicare/Medicaid support.
Prior to RGP, Sarah was a Business Development Manager at CardioSolution, where she played a key role in developing interim teams to provide 24/7 cardiac care to rural hospitals across the U.S. She strategically placed specialized talent to help hospitals in underserved areas provide lifesaving care.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an Account Executive at Robert Half, specializing in ERP/EMR projects. She provided consultants for implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of electronic health records (EHR) and ERP systems, ensuring seamless pre- and post-go-live support for healthcare organizations.
