Rachelle brings over 25 years of expertise in talent acquisition, consulting solutions, and workforce transformation. Most recently, she spent 9.5 years at RGP, building and leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team across North America. She developed and executed successful talent strategies that transformed the candidate and consultant experience during this time. She enabled sales teams to deliver top-tier talent across healthcare, financial services, technology, and energy sectors. Her expertise in talent acquisition spans accounting, finance, internal audit, risk and compliance, project management, digital and financial transformation, supply chain and procurement, human capital, and business and data analysis.
