ZRG Welcomes Nelson Schmidt as Managing Director of Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

Rochelle Park, NJ, August 7, 2024 – ZRG is pleased to announce the appointment of Nelson Schmidt as Managing Director for the firm’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Office in Houston, Texas. Nelson, who brings over 20 years of professional services experience, officially joined ZRG in August 2024.

In his new role, Nelson will leverage his extensive background to enhance ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting offerings, focusing on delivering high-quality, strategic support to a diverse client base across various sectors. His experience spans Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized businesses in industries such as Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer Retail.

Before joining ZRG, Nelson was a key player in Sales Leadership at a publicly held Professional Services company in the Texas region. He successfully led teams in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, significantly growing revenues to $40 million annually. Nelson's background also includes substantial experience in providing Interim Professional Services and full end-to-end consulting solutions. Additionally, he has held various roles in the Energy sector, further broadening his industry expertise.
