Michelle brings over 35 years of experience as a strategic and results-driven executive leader, specializing in business transformation, operational efficiency, and sales enablement. During her 26-year tenure at RGP, she held nine progressive leadership roles, where she successfully led large-scale transformations, improved operational efficiency, and built high-performing teams that delivered measurable revenue growth.

Throughout her career, Michelle has played a pivotal role in launching and expanding healthcare industry programs, contributing to significant revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative solutions. She has led comprehensive transformations of internal business operations across multiple U.S. offices, optimizing processes and reducing redundancies to improve efficiency and scalability. Additionally, she has built and led high-performing teams, including a research department developed from the ground up, maintaining a near-zero turnover rate by fostering an empowering and collaborative culture.
