Rochelle Park, NJ and London, July 8, 2025—Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced their continued organic expansion with the addition of Erin Callaghan to their Technology and Consumer practices. Callaghan will be based in London.

An established and collaborative leader, Callaghan joins ZRG with more than 20 years of strategic executive search expertise across both boutique and global firms. Most recently, she built and co-led the European Executive Search practice at a private equity backed search boutique. She specialises in Commercial and Go-To-Market leadership hires across the Technology and Consumer sectors. Callaghan is a certified Hogan assessor and an active voice in executive women’s networks, including Chief.
