Bauer brings over 14 years of professional experience advising clients across strategy consulting and executive search, placing C-level and commercial leadership roles throughout Europe. He is a trusted advisor on leadership strategy, transformation, and scaling, often working at the intersection of digital, performance improvement, and strategic change.
