ZRG Welcomes Accomplished Sales Leader Amy Massillamany as New Managing Director of Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

Rochelle Park, NJ, July 11, 2024 – ZRG, a leading global talent advisory firm, is excited to announce the appointment of Amy Massillamany as the new Managing Director of Interim Solutions & Project Consulting. Amy brings over 15 years of industry experience and a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and strategic leadership to the ZRG team.

Amy joins ZRG from RGP, where she served as Senior Director since 2018. During her tenure, she led key initiatives in Accounting, Finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Human Resources, and Project Management. Amy successfully managed relationships across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and expanded the client base to the Northeast, Southern California, and Texas. Her strategic insights and leadership were instrumental in driving substantial growth in sales and customer satisfaction.

Before her impactful role at RGP, Amy held significant sales positions at Compass Group and Wyndham Worldwide/RCI. Her career has been marked by her ability to foster growth and innovation, consistently delivering exceptional results for the organizations she has been part of.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University/Purdue University - Indianapolis. She is also an elected official in Indiana, currently serving her 13th year as a Hamilton County Councilor, where she was elected President in 2024. Amy has been a driving force in advocating for partnerships with local cities, towns, and school systems, supporting technological advancements, and spearheading a market-driven analysis of the County’s employee pay structure. Along with her fellow Council members, she oversees a budget of approximately $200 million and 1,200 employees.
