ZRG Strengthens Healthcare/Life Sciences and Private Equity Practices with John Spencer

Rochelle Park, NJ and San Francisco, CA, July 28, 2025—Global talent advisory firm ZRG continued to expand and deepen their expertise in Healthcare/Life Sciences and Private Equity executive search with the addition of John Spencer, announced today.  John will be based in San Francisco.

John Spencer brings 25 years of search experience to the firm. John has held senior roles in global firms including Korn Ferry and CTPartners as well as recent experience at LifeSci Search, a boutique life science focused search firm. Prior to his career in talent advisory, John held both research and commercial positions at a number of life sciences firms, most recently at Corning Life Sciences and Sciquest.com. His advisory work focuses on C-suite and Board of Director roles and includes Presidents. His experience spans numerous placements across functional specialties, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Clinical, Medical and Regulatory and Quality Affairs.
