ZRG celebrates 10 years in Brazil with clients, partners, and regional leadership
Rochelle Park, NJ —ZRG recently celebrated the 10-year anniversary of its Brazil operation with a special gathering in São Paulo that brought together clients, partners, executives, and business leaders from across Brazil and Latin America.
The event recognized a decade of growth, trusted partnerships, and strategic impact in one of the region’s most important markets. Over the past ten years, ZRG Brazil has become one of the firm’s most significant international operations, supporting organizations that play a meaningful role in Brazil’s economy through executive search and leadership advisory services.
The celebration reflected not only professional partnerships, but also the long-standing personal relationships developed between ZRG leaders, clients, and business partners over the years.
The anniversary week also included strategic meetings among ZRG’s Latin American leadership team, including Álvaro Collas from Peru, Gerardo Reynoso from Mexico, Denys Monteiro, and other regional leaders. Discussions focused on the continued evolution of ZRG’s presence across Latin America, regional collaboration opportunities, and the growing needs of clients operating across borders.
Larry Hartmann, Chief Executive Officer of ZRG, emphasized the importance of leadership across the region. “We have extremely competent, committed, and highly respected leaders in the market, who bring not only extraordinary results, but also reputation, prestige, and relevance to the entire global operation.”
Nate Frank, President of Executive Search, ZRG, also attended the celebration and spent the week meeting with clients and partners alongside Denys Monteiro and the ZRG Brazil leadership team in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. “Brazil and Latin America are playing an increasingly strategic role within ZRG globally,” Frank said. “The leadership of Denys Monteiro and his partners has built an operation admired for its excellence, consistency of results, and the quality of the relationships developed over the years.”
James Absalom, Chief Commercial Officer - International, ZRG, emphasized the importance of Brazil within the firm’s broader international growth strategy. “The strength of the Brazil business reflects exactly what drives successful international growth: exceptional leadership, trusted client relationships, and deep local market understanding,” Absalom said. “What the team has built over the past decade has created not only a leading operation in Brazil, but also an important foundation for ZRG’s continued expansion across Latin America.”
As ZRG continues to expand globally, the firm’s Brazil operation remains a strong example of relationship-driven growth, local market expertise, and long-term partnership.
