Marar brings over 15 years of executive search expertise to ZRG Partners, having previously served as Partner at Marlin Hawk where he led the firm's MENA business operations. His extensive track record includes successfully delivering high-profile C-suite and boardroom mandates across financial services, investment management, and technology-driven sectors. Throughout his career, Marar has established deep partnerships with key stakeholders and demonstrated exceptional capability in placing CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and senior leaders in digital transformation and strategic roles.
