James brings deep expertise across pure-play strategy, broader technology and consulting services, and senior-level ESG and DE&I roles. His track record includes delivering leadership projects for organizations such as Accenture, Alpha FMC, Bain, and EY-Parthenon, as well as supporting numerous private equity–backed professional services companies in scaling into new sectors, functions, and geographies. He is widely recognized for his success in placing senior female leaders into mission-critical roles and for his ability to guide clients through complex talent and organizational inflection points.

Before joining ZRG, James built his career in leading professional services executive search firms, including Vantage Market Entry and eg.1, followed by roles at Wilton & Bain and later H.I.E.C, where he executed global mandates across multiple markets.
