He is widely recognized for his success in placingsenior female leaders into mission-critical roles and for his ability to guideclients through complex talent and organizational inflection points.

Beforejoining ZRG, James built his career in leading professional services executivesearch firms, including Vantage Market Entry and eg.1, followed by roles atWilton & Bain and later H.I.E.C, where he executed global mandates acrossmultiple markets.
