White brings extensive experience in executive search, talent strategy, and leadership assessment, with a specialized focus on private equity-backed organizations and high-growth businesses. Throughout his career, he has advised investors and executive teams on identifying and securing the leadership talent needed to drive transformation, scale operations, and create long-term value.

Most notably, White spent more than a decade with Patriarch Partners, an $8 billion AUM private equity firm, where he served as Head of Talent Acquisition. In that role, he was responsible for all senior executive and C-suite hiring across more than 70 portfolio companies spanning 14 industry sectors, while also overseeing talent acquisition for the holding company itself. His firsthand experience operating inside a private equity firm gives him a unique perspective on the leadership challenges facing investors and portfolio companies alike.

Prior to joining ZRG, White served as Managing Partner of the Executive Search Practice at Momenta Partners, a boutique search and investment firm focused on digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions within public relations and digital marketing agencies before serving as Director of Media & Talent Relations at FOX News Channel. This diverse background enables him to bring a broad commercial perspective to executive talent decisions.
