ZRG appoints Arushi Bhattacharya as managing director in India

Rochester, NY, ZRG, the global talent advisory firm redefining executive search through a human and data driven approach, today announced that Arushi Bhattacharya has joined the firm as Managing Director, within its Executive Search business.

With more than two decades of experience, she has advised global and APAC organizations on C suite and senior leadership decisions tied to growth, transformation, and global delivery.

Prior to joining ZRG, Arushi was a Partner at Kingsley Gate. Earlier in her career, she founded and led Bluewater Consulting and held senior roles at HVS, Boyden, and Executive Access. Over time, she has evolved from a generalist into a trusted advisor in technology consulting and services, and enterprises building and scaling business services & GCCs.

Arushi partners closely with boards, promoters, global CXOs, and India leadership teams to define critical roles, succession strategies, and leadership models. Her work spans building founding teams for greenfield centers to strengthening leadership benches for mature global operations. She is known for her consultative style, discretion, and sharp instinct for leadership potential.

Based in ZRG’s New Delhi office, Arushi holds a gold medal in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi. Outside of work, she enjoys street and portrait photography and is a devoted dog lover.
