ZRG adds Owen Burns as Managing Director in Embedded Recruiting practice

Owen brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning sales, business development, consulting, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with Korn Ferry, BDO, Control Risks, and Conduent, helping organizations strengthen leadership teams, drive business growth, and address complex strategic challenges.

An accomplished entrepreneur and advisor, Owen is the founder of Burns Bright Consulting, where he provides executive advisory and leadership development services. He is also the author of The Power of Love in Business and The GDPR Challenge. His thought leadership has been featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur, reflecting his expertise in leadership, innovation, and the intersection of technology and business.

Owen has earned recognition for his work in innovation and entrepreneurship, including recognition in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals AI for Good competition. He has also been nominated among New Jersey's most innovative companies. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he serves on the Advisory Committee of Seton Hall University's Buccino Leadership Institute, supporting the development of future business leaders.
