ZRG Adds Cindy Caruso Aquila as Chief Human Resources Officer

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 7, 2021 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm of 2020, welcomes Cindy Caruso Aquila as Chief Human Resources Officer. Bringing nearly 30 years of HR leadership experience to the role, Cindy will join ZRG’s executive team in the firm’s New Jersey headquarters.

As CHRO, Cindy will work closely with firm and practice leaders to bolster ZRG’s culture, which attracts, retains, and develops driven and talented teams. She has previously led global human capital strategy across enterprises, addressing challenges of leadership development, organizational design, talent management, total rewards, culture, engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Prior to joining ZRG, Cindy served as Chief People Officer and Head of Communications for Global Holdings Management. Earlier, she enjoyed a seven-year tenure with BNY Mellon as Global Head of Human Resources for Investment Management, leading people strategy for more than 5,500 employees worldwide. Cindy has also held HR leadership positions at ING Investment Management, CIT, Citigroup, Pepsi-Cola Company, and Ingersoll-Rand.
