Sophie De Ferranti Adds Cyber Security and FinTech Expertise to ZRG’s Financial Services Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 25, 2021 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global executive search firm, today announces the addition of Sophie De Ferranti as Managing Director. A recognized expert in the areas of Cyber Security, FinTech, and Human Capital Management, Sophie has been a keynote speaker for events across Europe and Asia and participated in live TV interviews with the London Stock Exchange.

Sophie has served the Financial Services industry for over two decades, sourcing top-tier international talent for CIO, COO, CTO, and CRO positions as well as the increasingly critical CISO function. Before joining ZRG, she founded niche executive search firm Cyber-i Search Solutions Ltd., where she also held the role of CEO. Earlier, she served as Partner for Digital Times Transformation Asia and was CEO and Founder of ValensGoldberg Ltd. & GmbH, a boutique executive search firm focusing on Global Private Banking and Asset Management.

Prior to executive search, Sophie held a high security classified role at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, during the Balkans Conflict. Earlier, she oversaw Investor Relations for Merlin Biosciences, the UK government’s leading biotechnology advisory firm founded by entrepreneur Sir Christopher Evans.

Sophie is a passionate speaker on the subject of the War for Cyber Talent and how the cyber risk, data privacy, and regulatory landscape has been altered as a result of the global pandemic. Her areas of expertise span Global Wealth Management, Cyber Security and Digital Risk, and Human Capital Management within the Financial Services and Fintech industries.
