Mary Driscoll Joins ZRG as Managing Director, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. – ZRG announced today that Mary Driscoll has joined the firm as Managing Director, Interim Solutions and Project Consulting, strengthening the firm's ability to help clients access transformational leadership during periods of growth, change, and business evolution.

Driscoll brings more than 20 years of experience in executive recruitment and interim leadership solutions. Throughout her career, she has placed senior interim executives across Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, and transformation functions. Most recently, she served as a Partner at Leathwaite, advising FTSE 100 companies, private equity-backed organizations, and venture capital-backed businesses as they navigated leadership transitions and strategic change initiatives.

Known for building successful interim practices and connecting organizations with high-impact executives, Driscoll has established a reputation for helping businesses accelerate transformation through exceptional leadership talent.
