Louisa Perry Joins ZRG to Help Lead Digital and Technology Officers Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 25, 2022 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, today announced the addition of Louisa Perry as Managing Director. Louisa brings over 25 years of executive search experience, having served both global organizations and entrepreneurial startups across multiple sectors and regions. She will serve with Lambert Rugani as co-leaders of the firm’s Digital and Technology Officers Practice, maintaining a focus on hiring talent at the board and executive levels.

Louisa has become a trusted advisor in the industry, building and cultivating many longstanding relationships and developing strategies to meet the organizational and individual needs of clients and candidates. Prior to joining ZRG, she served Savannah Group as Head of Practice, Digital & Technology. Earlier, she was a Partner with Korn Ferry, CT Partners, and HIEC.

Across her career, Louisa has advised boards and executives of some of the world’s largest companies, supporting and enabling their strategic technological transformation. She specializes in hiring C-suite leaders and their reporting teams, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Transformation Officers, and Chief Technology Officers.
