John K. Anderson, Managing Director, Brings Human Resources and People Operations Experience to ZRG


Rochelle Park, NJ, August 8, 2023 ZRG, a global talent advisory firm with an impressive growth trajectory, today adds John K. Anderson as Managing Director. John joins the firm’s San Francisco office and brings more than 25 years of human resources experience, which he acquired as both an executive search consultant and Chief People Officer. He partners with clients to advance company performance and culture by optimizing their Human Resources and People Operations functions.

John is a proven partner to C-suite leaders, providing them with talent advisory services and fulfilling their search needs. Before joining ZRG, John served Allegis Partners as Managing Director, placing Human Resources executives across a variety of industries worldwide. He also worked for hrQ, a professional services firm with a focus on HR search and consulting, where he served as Senior Vice President.

Prior to entering the executive search field, John served as Chief People Officer, One Kings Lane and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Quidsi Inc., gaining significant expertise in venture-backed and emerging growth companies within the technology sector. Earlier, he held leadership roles with Oracle, Fox Interactive Media, Memco Software, Siebel Systems, Trigo Technologies, and GetThere Inc.
