Joining as Managing Director, Dr. Kakish has partnered with executive leaders of academic medical centers, national cancer institutions, community health centers, telehealth organizations, and more across his decade-plus career in executive search. He is based in New York.

Dr. Kakish regularly counsels his healthcare clients on recruitment and healthcare consulting ventures, evaluating their business processes and enacting strategic partnerships to meet their academic, clinical, and executive talent needs. By maintaining a distinct understanding of market trends in the healthcare workforce, he is able to offer proven equitable solutions to solve healthcare organizations’ biggest challenges.

Before joining ZRG, Dr. Kakish served Merritt Hawkins /AMN Leadership Solutions as Regional Vice President for Academics, Cancer Centers and Pediatric Practices of Client Partnerships, leading operations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest territories.
