Gregg Davidoff Joins ZRG as Managing Director Following Firm’s Acquisition of Hanover Search Partners

Rochelle Park, NJ, February 1, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm based in the United States, announces the addition of Gregg Davidoff as Managing Director to the Life Sciences Practice. Gregg founded Hanover Search Partners in 2006. He joins ZRG following the firm’s acquisition of Hanover Search Partners in January 2023, bringing with him more than 20 years of executive search experience.

In its nearly two decades of business, Hanover Search Partners withstood a number of significant economic and global events. Prior to founding his search firm, Gregg led global search operations for another boutique executive search firm in Wilmington, North Carolina. He conducts search engagements primarily in life sciences, touching upon a multitude of therapeutic areas. With a focus on clinical trials across all phases of drug development, he is a recognized key opinion leader in the clinical trial space.

Throughout his executive search tenure, Gregg has establish a reputation as a trusted partner to some of the foremost Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and CROs both in North America and globally. He has had formidable success recruiting physicians transitioning either from academia to industry or from one industry to another. Gregg is often called upon for his expertise regarding talent acquisition across the life science continuum.
