Experienced Recruiter Hired as Managing Director

The team at Rochelle Park, New Jersey-based global executive search and human capital management firm ZRG Partners has brought in a fresh faceto its executive ranks.

Lan Nguyen, an experienced recruiter based in New York City with over twenty years in management consulting and law, started at ZRG as managing director in mid-March. She was previously a partner at the New York City-based management consulting firm Ward Howell USA for two years. Nguyen’s last day at Ward Howell was in early February, she says, “before the firm rebranded and separated from Ward Howell International.”

A representative at Ward Howell USA did not respond to requests for comment.

Prior to her work at ZRG and Ward Howell, Nguyen was managing director at the Ellig Group (previously Chadick Ellig) for five months, managing director at Chadick Ellig for seventeen years, and an associate at Heidrick & Struggles for less than a year. Nguyen is an alumna of Georgetown University and the University of Washington School of Law.
