David Dupaty Joins ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Division as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, October 24, 2022 – ZRG, a rapidly expanding global talent advisory firm, adds David Dupaty as Managing Director. Joining the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Division, David will offer comprehensive and cost-effective talent solutions to his clients’ interim, project, and time-limited needs. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

David’s broad portfolio of clients includes both Fortune 500 and privately owned middle market companies across consumer, industrial, education, nonprofit, and financial services. He has established a trusted reputation as a search advisor, providing peace of mind during periods of transformation or uncertainty. Before joining ZRG, David led the Consulting Practice for Robert Half International, growing revenues for the Atlanta Interim Resources Practice by more than 500% during his four-year leadership.

David has expertise in the areas of interim talent solutions, project consulting, large account management, and sales leadership. He develops tailored, flexible solutions to various organizational challenges, including extended leaves of absence, vacancies during replacement searches, seasonal and recurring projects, and peak work periods.
