As the former President and Managing Principal for TM2 Executive Search Firm, Dakota spearheaded efforts to provide executive talent solutions exclusively for HBCUs. Prior to his tenure at TM2, Dakota served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer at Texas Southern University (TSU), following his roles as Chief of Staff and Chief Governmental Affairs Officer.
