Andrew Smith Joins ZRG as Managing Director, Client Advisor Across Practice Groups

Rochelle Park, NJ, March 20, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, today adds Andrew Smith as Managing Director and VP of Client Services – Europe and UK. In this unique role, Andrew will advise and support clients across the firm’s practice groups, tailoring relevant and effective solutions to meet their talent needs. He is based in London.

Andrew has a breadth of experience across executive search, interim management, project outsourcing, and consulting, and he has worked with a range of organizations diverse in both size and sector. His clients include venture capital-backed startups and recognized global corporations alike, spanning the areas of Consumer, Industrial, Life Sciences, TMT, and Financial Services.

Before ZRG, Andrew served Norman Broadbent, the UK’s oldest board and executive search firm, as Group Client Partner for nearly seven years. His career also includes tenures with The Miles Partnership, CT Partners, and Barracuda, a specialist consumer and interim search firm in the UK where he served for two years as Chief Growth Officer.
