Wyman Wilson is the Global Revenue Leader for ZRG’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting team. In this role, he leads a high-performing team of Vice Presidents and Directors of Business Development, driving the global expansion of ZRG’s interim and consulting solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations.
With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management, Wyman has a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building successful teams. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Healthcare, North America at RGP, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice and delivering tailored workforce solutions.
Before transitioning into corporate leadership, Wyman served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed his leadership, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving skills—core strengths that have shaped his approach to team and business growth.
Wyman’s expertise includes global healthcare and life sciences interim and consulting solutions, with a strong focus on business development, revenue growth, and strategic client partnerships. He is passionate about fostering high-performing teams and creating value-driven talent strategies for organizations.
A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Wyman now resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife, Diana, and their two sons, Gabe and Sam. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, working out, and playing golf.
