Vince previously founded and launched Mount Kemble Search Group (MKSG), the dedicated executive search division of Coworx Staffing Services, where he spent the past five years. He has worked in Executive Search and recruitment for over 25 years, having previously worked for three boutique executive search firms in New York City.
Vince has primarily focused on the Asset Management industry throughout his career, while also partnering with a number of Private Equity Portfolio Companies, as well as the non-profit sector.
His area of expertise spans all functions (C-Suite, Investments, Distribution, Operations) and client types within the industry, including diversified asset management, hedge funds and private markets firms.
Vince is a graduate of Connecticut College, where he earned a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing.
