Victória Tafner is a Principal at ZRG Partners and has been part of the firm’s Brazilian operation since its startup in 2016.

She has 10 years of experience in Executive Search, working across multiple industries. Her areas of focus include Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Retail.

Since 2026, she has also been a member of ZRG’s Leadership Advisory practice, supporting clients in Leadership Development, Top Team Alignment, Executive Assessment, and Board Assessment initiatives.

Prior to joining ZRG, Victória worked in the commercial division of JHSF, one of Brazil’s leading groups in the real estate and shopping center sectors.

Victória holds a degree in Fashion Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She is fluent in English and has a good working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
