Travis Rivers
Managing Director
Travis Rivers joined ZRG as a Managing Director in the Professional and Technology Services practice in 2024. Prior to his time with ZRG, Travis spent seventeen years in executive search, most recently as a Partner at ON Partners, and a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry where he was a core member of the Professional Services Practice and Global Technology Industry Group.
Travis works extensively with Consulting, IT & Managed Services and Software firms to place Partners, Practice Leaders, C-Suite and VP-level talent within private partnerships, PE-backed, and publicly-traded organizations. He has a depth of experience in technology topics including digital transformation, cloud/infrastructure, AI/analytics, application services, managed services, and cybersecurity services.
Travis earned his bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University while competing in NCAA Divison-1 Cross-Country and Track & Field, and his MBA from the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University.
Outside of the office, Travis enjoys golf, running, and travel.
