Since joining ZRG, Tracy has been a consistent presence at the firm and instrumental in its growth and in the advancement of its business operations.

She ensures that the functions of accounting, administration, business development, information technology, legal, and marketing are unified and integrated. Tracy manages the search support team and oversees operational and financial components of search assignments. She also prepares and reviews search agreements and verifies compliance with their terms as well as those of other contractual documents.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a Mathematics concentration from Pennsylvania State University. She enjoys reading, hiking, and running.
