Tommy Top is a Principal within ZRG’s Executive Search business, specializing in Marketing and Sales leadership with more than a decade of experience advising growth-oriented organizations.

Tommy began his recruitment career in Melbourne before relocating to New York in 2013, where he expanded his work across the North American market and built long-term relationships with senior operators and investors.

At ZRG, Tommy focuses on placing front-office Sales and Marketing leaders for Fortune 500 companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed portfolio businesses. His experience spans large-scale commercial transformations and high-impact leadership builds, including partnering with Humana to rebuild its commercial sales organization, supporting Visa through senior Sales and Marketing leadership hires, and helping scale Coinbase’s product organization before and after its IPO. Tommy also works closely with private equity operating partners to place first-time Heads of Marketing across portfolio companies, bringing a practical, operator-informed perspective to each search.

Based in ZRG’s New York office, Tommy brings a global outlook, a consultative mindset, and a strong belief in building leadership teams that drive measurable commercial results.
