Tom Haynes is a Principal in ZRG’s Industrial practice with over a decade of experience in executive search and consulting. He partners with organizations across the global Industrial sector to identify and place senior leaders who drive operational performance and strategic growth.

Before joining ZRG, Tom built his career delivering executive search assignments for leading companies across multiple industrial subsectors.

Tom has partnered with clients across energy, manufacturing, logistics, and construction & infrastructure. His work spans global mandates across EMEA, North and South America, and APAC. While his primary focus is executive search, Tom has also supported organizations through interim management, project RPO, and consulting engagements, helping clients address leadership needs with both precision and flexibility.

Based in ZRG’s London office, Tom brings a global perspective and a collaborative approach to every engagement. He is passionate about building long term partnerships with clients and identifying leaders who can navigate complex, fast changing industrial markets.
