Tim Henn, a Managing Director in ZRG’s Atlanta office, is a member of the Global Technology Practice and the Board practice.  Tim’s broad industry experience includes communications, data centers, wireless and broadband fiber communications, cybersecurity, managed IT services, cloud, IoT, and unified communications.  Tim is also a member of the firm’s Global Sales, Private Equity, Board Services, and Strategy Officer practices.

Prior to joining ZRG, Tim was a partner for over 20 years with two of the world’s largest global executive search firms, Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds.  He has extensive experience leading CEO, board, and other C-level mandates. Tim added high impact growth leaders to PE-funded portfolio companies, mid-sized private firms and larger public Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Tim’s executive search career, he enjoyed leadership roles in the technology industry in corporate strategy, marketing, sales, and product line management.

Tim advises senior leadership and boards of directors on CEO succession planning, board effectiveness and leadership assessment. He has completed over 220 CEO and direct report searches, including global sales, marketing, CFO, strategy, and general management functions.

Tim earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSEE from Cornell University.

Tim is an avid boater, sailor, and cyclist. He enjoys traveling with his wife, and his two sons, who are both working toward Eagle Scout rank.
