Suzanne Yost is the Strategic Projects Service Practice Lead in ZRG's Interim Solutions business unit. She is a seasoned finance and leadership professional specializing in Strategic Projects, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Accounting. With significant experience supporting public and private companies across diverse industries, including biotechnology, technology/SaaS, pharmaceuticals, and security technology, she brings a unique combination of expertise, leadership acumen, and operational insight to every engagement.

Suzanne's passion for leadership extends to people management and development. She has completed organizational reviews and assessments, designed training programs for finance and operational leaders, established mentoring frameworks, and collaborated closely with senior executives. Her work has encompassed cross-functional coordination with clients and multiple teams. She has led project teams and has performed FP&A processes (long-range planning, annual planning, and forecasts). In addition to her finance leadership, Suzanne has held key accounting roles, overseeing strategic projects and accounting functions, including accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, incentive compensation planning, and corporate governance.

Throughout her career, Suzanne has held impactful roles at organizations such as Genomic Health, Teros, Caliper Life Sciences, Portal Software, and SEQUUS Pharmaceuticals, where she demonstrated her ability to adapt across functional areas, industries, and systems.

Suzanne's areas of expertise include strategic organizational assessments, IPO, de-SPAC, audit readiness, project management, and financial modeling to drive critical decision-making and deliver key projects.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California Berkeley.

Outside of work, she enjoys supporting local community non-profit organizations and watching her children's hockey and baseball activities.
