Susan Wilson joined ZRG as a Managing Director in 2023. Susan has over a decade of board consulting experience and has successfully placed Fortune 500 executives from a variety of industries on some of America’s most esteemed boards.

Prior to beginning her career in board search at JamesDruryPartners, where she rose from Partner to Senior Partner, and ultimately Managing Director, Susan served Target Corporation in various finance, supply chain, and merchandising roles. She began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG. Susan brings a unique understanding of contemporary board dynamics which enables her to be a seasoned advisor for building inclusive and effective boards to all of her clients.

Susan’s areas of expertise include consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, industrial manufacturing, and technology.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and her MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

In her free time, Susan enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring the music and food scene in Austin, Texas.
