Susan Gallagher is the President of ZRG's Consulting Solutions, leading strategy and growth for the global consulting business.

Susan has over 35 years of experience in the professional services industry, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams and growing organizations.

Susan was previously CEO and President of Bravanti, a global leadership consultancy she led through a successful management buyout and rebrand. Her leadership has driven significant EBITDA growth and organizational expansion, and ultimately the successful sale of the business to ZRG Partners.

Prior to Bravanti, Susan served as Directrice Generale, International, BPI group SA, Paris France before leading a management buyout of the business. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Offcer of Patina Solutions, where she led the firm’s growth of 150% in three years. Before Patina, Susan was one of the founding Managing Directors of Huron Consulting Group. From the company’s inception to 2006, she led strategic development and served on the company’s executive management team. Susan was previously a partner at Arthur Andersen where see had a 22-year career and served in the Forensic Accounting group, and Andersen’s Client Relationship Office.

Throughout her career, Susan has actively supported our community. She was the former Chairman of the Board for Mercy Hospital & Health System (18 years of service). She also served on the board and was Chairman of the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, (24 years of service) She is a member of The Chicago Network and served as board chair in 2018 amongst several other organizations.

She is a recipient of the U.S. President’s Volunteer Award, and she is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
