Stephanie’s career spans executive search and commercial leadership roles, shaping her ability to connect talent strategy with business outcomes.

She supports executive search and leadership advisory engagements across collegiate and professional sports, with a focus on coaching and senior leadership roles. Stephanie brings a differentiated perspective that blends recruiting expertise with hands-on experience in growth strategy, digital transformation, and AI adoption. Prior to joining TurnkeyZRG, she spent six years at Satisfi Labs, where she advised executive stakeholders on scaling fan and guest engagement and led client success efforts tied to retention and revenue growth. Earlier, she held roles within Korn Ferry’s Global Sports & Entertainment practice and Learfield, partnering with athletic departments and sports organizations on talent and business strategy. She is also an active speaker on AI, digital strategy, and women in sports.

Stephanie is based in Denver, Colorado, where she lives with her husband and their two dogs.
